Proposed Daily Schedule

5:00 to 5:40 PM Theory & Philosophy Yoga concepts, Anatomy, and Yogic Diet.
5:45 to 6:30 PM Practical: Asana & Kriya Warm-ups, Surya Namaskar, core traditional postures, and alignment.
6:35 to 7:00 PM Pranayama & Meditation Breathing techniques and guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra).
7:00 to 7:30 PM Q&A / Teaching Skills Micro-teaching practice, and personalized corrections.

Curriculum Breakdown

Section A: Knowledge (Theory)

  • Introduction to Yoga: History, background, and the deeper meaning of Yoga beyond physical exercise.
  • Patanjali’s Ashtanga Yoga: An overview of the Eight-Fold Path (Yamas, Niyamas, Asanas, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi).
  • Anatomy & Physiology: Basic understanding of the respiratory, digestive, and musculoskeletal systems and how yoga affects them.
  • Yogic Lifestyle (Sattvik Living): Principles of a yogic diet (Ahara), Mitahara, daily routines (Dinacharya) and stress management.

Section B: Skill (Practical)

  • Asanas (Postures): Mastery of 25+ foundational asanas (standing, seated, prone, supine, and balancing poses) with a focus on breath coordination.
  • Pranayama (Breathwork): Deep breathing, Anulom Vilom, Bhramari, Ujjayi, Shitali, Sheetkari, Concept of Kumbhaka, Puraka, Rechaka. Basic Introduction to Swara Yog.
  • Shat Kriyas (Cleansing): Introduction to basic detoxifying techniques like Jal Neti, Kapal Bhanti & Trataka (focused gazing).
  • Relaxation: Techniques like Shavasana and Yoga Nidra.

Weekly Progression Plan

Focuses on preparing the body and introducing the mind to yogic concepts.


Theory: What is Yoga? History and misconceptions. Introduction to the Yamas and Niyamas.

Practical: Joint movements (Sukshma Vyayama), basic standing postures, and introduction to correct breathing.

Building balance (fwd+back bends, right + left engagements) & endurance and linking breath with movement.


Theory: Introduction to Patanjali's Yoga Sutras.

Practical: Introduction to Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations), seated and prone asanas.

Moving into slightly more complex postures and internal awareness.


Theory: Yogic Diet (Sattvic, Rajasic, Tamasic foods) and basic human anatomy applied to yoga.

Practical: Supine asanas, twisting postures, and Introduction to Kapalbhati and Anulom Vilom.

Consolidating the 3-week journey and equipping students to maintain a self-practice.


Theory: Stress management through yoga.

Practical: Full flow practice, Trataka (meditation), and Yoga Nidra.


Evaluation: A simple practical demonstration and a short multiple-choice quiz on the final day.

Outcomes & Instructors

Outcomes & Certification

Upon completing the 50 hours course with minimum 80% attendance and on clearing a final test with at least 40% marks, students will receive a Foundation in Yoga Certificate.


Note: Those who are unable to clear the test in the first attempt will be allowed to take a re-test two times.

Not at all! This is a 50-Hour Foundation course designed specifically for beginners and enthusiasts. We start from the very basics of body movement and breath awareness.

You can attend the first 5 days (Monday to Friday) completely free to experience our teaching style. If you love it and want to continue, you just need to make the payment at the end of the first week.

Please wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for free movement. Bring your own yoga mat, a water bottle, and a small notebook and pen for the theory and philosophy sessions.

To receive the certification, a minimum of 80% attendance is strictly required. While consistency is highly recommended for your own growth, we understand occasional emergencies happen.

We do not provide in-house accommodation, but our center in Gandhinagar, Bhopal, is surrounded by very affordable and safe PGs, hostels, and rental rooms. Your living expenses will be quite budget-friendly!

Don't worry! We are here to help you learn. If you are unable to clear the test with the minimum 40% marks on your first attempt, you will be allowed to take a re-test up to two more times.
