Decoding the Transition: From School Structure to College Freedom
Moving from the rigid, protected environment of school to the open-ended chaos of college is a massive life event that often goes unguided. Suddenly, the rules change: you face total autonomy, complex relationship dynamics, and the pressure to design your own future without a clear roadmap. This "phase transition" can lead to confusion and anxiety. This exclusive 2-hour session is designed to help you understand exactly how the game has changed. We focus on cultivating clarity of thought, helping you distinguish between temporary noise and long-term goals, so you can navigate your social life and career choices with confidence rather than confusion.

So far Shweta has taken these sessions for more than 5000 freshers of IIT Delhi over the last few years.

Practical Wisdom with Shweta Arya
The session is led by Shweta Arya (M.Sc. Yoga & UGC-NET), who brings a grounded, academic approach to student wellness. Rather than just giving advice, Shweta helps you build a mental framework to handle the "adulting" aspects of college life—dealing with peer pressure, emotional highs and lows, and the fear of the unknown. To support this mental shift, the session includes a brief but essential introduction to Pranayama. These specific breathing techniques are taught as a practical "on-the-go" tool to physically lower stress levels and regain focus whenever the chaos of college life gets too loud.
